• Construction temperature:

(1) Applicable temperature of material tank: 10℃~30℃, with better effect at 18℃~25℃.

Instructions for use:

• Clean the substrate surface.

• Wet the surface to be filled.
• Shake the nozzle up and down for at least 30 seconds before loading the gun or tube.
• Gun type: Load the nozzle with the bottom of the container facing upwards, and tighten the threaded ring all the way down.
• Tube type: Tighten the drain tube, and apply the caulking gun with the bottom of the container facing upwards.
• Apply the caulking gun to vertical seams from bottom to top, with the bottom of the container facing upwards.
• Trim the surface with a utility knife after the foam has cured.
• Clean the caulking gun immediately after finishing the application.

Precautions:

• Remove oil and dust from the substrate surface before construction, and spray a little water on the surface (if the ambient humidity is below 35%, water must be sprayed before applying the adhesive) to improve the adhesion between the foam and the substrate and the microporous structure.

• When filling vertical gaps, apply the adhesive from bottom to top, paying attention to the expansion of the foam. Generally, filling 60% to 80% of the gap is sufficient.

• The flow rate of the spray gun can be adjusted by a flow valve that controls the opening and closing of the trigger.

• Clean the spray gun immediately with polyurethane foam cleaner after use to prevent clogging and ensure it can be used again.

This product is not resistant to ultraviolet light, therefore it is recommended to apply other materials (such as cement mortar, paint, etc.) to the cured foam surface. Apply other materials only after 24 hours of application. If the foam is exposed to direct sunlight, it will yellow in 3-5 days and become brittle and powdery in 7-10 days.

• Tube type: Once opened, it must be used up at once; Gun type: Try to use it up at once. If it is not used up, lock the nozzle ball plug and use it up within one week.

Safety Precautions:

• Severe shaking and collisions are strictly prohibited during transportation. It is forbidden to place it in the driver’s cab, and it is strictly forbidden to invert or place it on its side.

• Avoid direct sunlight and store in a cool, dry place at a temperature not exceeding 50°C.

• Do not burn or puncture the empty can after use. Hand it over to a qualified local recycling company for disposal.

• Do not place near open flames or mix with flammable or explosive materials.
